Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from Meadowdrawer.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start, write to support@meadowdrawer.com with your order number. We reply with the return steps. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, in which case we pay it.

Once we receive the item we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
